Autism Advisors LLC is a consulting and coaching practice founded by Erica Daniels, a patient advocate, nonprofit founder, and autism parent with nearly twenty years of experience navigating the intersection of the autism community and the systems, organizations, and treatments that serve it.

For families, Autism Advisors offers one-on-one parent coaching through every stage of the autism journey — from first diagnosis through adulthood, across school systems, waiver services, biomedical approaches, and long-term transition planning.

For businesses, healthcare organizations, and institutions, Autism Advisors provides strategic advisory grounded in lived experience and professional expertise — helping clients build credible community strategies, develop meaningful programs, and make informed decisions about products, partnerships, and services for the autism and IDD population.

Every engagement starts from the same place: a genuine belief that the right support, at the right moment, changes everything — and an unwavering commitment to the families and organizations that make that possible.

It all started when her son was diagnosed with autism and she was determined to give him the best life possible!

Erica Daniels is the founder at Autism Advisors LLC, a consulting and coaching practice dedicated to the autism and IDD community — coaching families through every stage of the journey and advising the businesses and organizations working to serve them well.

For nearly twenty years she has navigated this landscape as a parent, advocate, nonprofit founder, and strategic consultant — coaching hundreds of families through every stage of their autism journey, from first diagnosis through adulthood, and advising businesses and organizations on how to build programs, partnerships, and community strategies that genuinely reach the people who need them.

Her organizational work spans corporate social responsibility, community impact, and patient advocacy — building institutional partnerships, managing advocacy investment programs, producing impact reporting, and representing organizations at corporate, government, and community forums and in national media. She knows what it means when a system works and what it costs when it doesn't, because she has lived both sides of that equation.

That combination of lived experience and professional infrastructure is what Autism Advisors brings to every engagement — whether that is a family fighting for the right services or a company building its first meaningful community strategy for the autism population.
